A devastating inferno has engulfed and ripped through a section of Ayambo Community in Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Eyewitnesses told Kristina Reports that the incident occurred Wednesday, July 9, 2025 leaving a trail of destruction and displacement in its wake.

According to an eyewitness, the fire, which allegedly originated from a malfunctioning electricity meter belonging to the Bonny Utility Company (BUC), razed a six-room zinc building housing five families.
