According to the information displayed on the tournament flyer, the memorial event is designed to bring together youth football teams from all nine villages of Oforola Mbamitolu for weeks of friendly rivalry, entertainment, and community bonding throughout the Christmas season.
The tournament, which host is the Eze Ola I of Oforola Mbamitolu Ancient Kingdom, His Royal Highness, Eze Dr. Herbert Mehara Obichere, KSC, has been described as “A Tournament of Unity · Strength · Royal Legacy”.
