To signal their high expectations, the club has handed Okoh the prestigious number 9 jersey.

In an official statement, Botev Plovdiv welcomed the forward, noting that his arrival significantly boosts their attacking options for the upcoming season.

Asteras Aktor also bid farewell to the striker, expressing gratitude for his two years of service across their senior and reserve teams.

Standing at an impressive 1.93 meters (6’4″), the Enugu-born attacker is a traditional target man known for his commanding physical presence and exceptional aerial ability.

The right-footed forward offers a strong focal point for Botev’s frontline, capable of holding up play and unsettling opposing defenders.

Okoh’s Journey Through European Football

Okoh’s career in Europe began in the Czech Republic with Slovan Liberec before he moved to Malta, where a prolific stint with Mosta FC put him on the radar of several European clubs. This led to his move to Greece with Asteras Aktor.
