After a quiet few weeks in front of goal, Echegini found her rhythm at the perfect time.

The 24-year-old scored the opening goal in the 72nd minute, marking her first strike since mid-December.

This goal takes her total contributions for the season to six, consisting of three goals and three assists across league and European competitions.

The match remained scoreless for much of the evening as both defenses held firm. However, Echegini’s clinical finish shifted the momentum in favour of the home side.

Shortly after her opener, substitute Tara Elimbi doubled the lead in the 80th minute to put PSG in a commanding position.
