JUST IN! Two Children Reportedly Abducted in Bonny Night Incident

BONNY, Rivers State — There is palpable tension in the Abalamabie Road area of Bonny where two children were reportedly abducted from their family residence at about 9 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2026.

The circumstances surrounding the reported incident remain unclear, though a top security official confirmed to Kristina Reports, albeit offline, that already a manhunt has begun to retrieve the kids and arrest the culprits.

According to preliminary information obtained by Kristina Reports, some unidentified individuals reportedly visited the residence in search of the children’s father, whose identity is being withheld for security reasons.

The individuals allegedly remained in the vicinity after failing to find either their target or his wife.

Some residents who confided in Kristina Reports, off the records, said that an opportunity arose when a friend of the children’s father arrived at the residence to service a household appliance.

The children, reportedly unaware of the alleged threat, are said to have opened the gate and door for the visitor, after which the unidentified individuals allegedly entered the premises and took them away.

Preliminary reports indicate that the individuals may have left through a connecting road linking Abalamabie Road to the Oguede Community.

Fishermen and maritime operators in the area, who spoke with Kristina Reports, reportedly said they did not observe any speedboat operating in the vicinity throughout the night.

As of the time of filing this report, Kristina Reports has not received official confirmation of the incident from the relevant security agencies.

Enquiries sent to the Public Relations Officer of the Rivers State Police Command, Blessing Agabe, were yet to be responded to as at the time of this report.

Kristina Reports will continue to monitor developments in the area and provide ongoing updates as it becomes available.
