SUBJECT: URGENT CALL TO RESTORE ORDER IN YOUR FATHER’S HOUSE – JUMBO MAIN HOUSE
My Chiefs,
I write to you not as a petitioner, but as a descendant of the same father — Okponkata, founder of Jumbo House. I write with pain, not with politics.
Our father’s House, Jumbo Main House, has no sitting Chief. And because of that vacuum, our House is in serious confusion, disorder, meltdown and chaos.
Factions are tearing what Okponkata founded. Groups are selling what our ancestors bled for. Gangs are lavishing the Commonwealth of Jumbo House while we, the children of Okponkata, watch like helpless orphans as our inheritance burns.
My Chiefs, the Constitution of Jumbo Group of Houses is clear:
1. Dan Jumbo Chieftaincy House is 2nd in Command.
2. John Jumbo Chieftaincy House is 3rd in Command.
3. When there is no sitting Chief of Jumbo Main House, Chief Dan Jumbo MUST step in. He cannot fold his hands.
4. If Dan Jumbo is absent, Chief John Jumbo MUST step in.
5. Your duty is to bring all units of Jumbo Main House together, restore unity and peace, and oversee a transparent process to elect a new Chief of Jumbo Main House.
My Chiefs, that time is NOW.
The Jumbo Main House Members Mass Meeting is the supreme organ of our House. Its decision is final. It has power to suspend the Constitution and make new regulations to save Jumbo.
ACTION REQUESTED:
I therefore plead with you, as descendants of Okponkata:
1. CALL THE JUMBO MAIN HOUSE MEMBERS MASS MEETING within the next 30 days.
2. TABLE A RESCUE RESOLUTION: Declare State of Emergency, suspend blocking clauses, and adopt “Option A4 — One man, one queue” — to elect a substantive Chief within 30 days of the meeting.
3. MANDATE THE CHIEF-ELECT to inaugurate a Constitution Drafting Committee and present a new Constitution to Mass Meeting within 3 months of his capping.
4. STAND TOGETHER Let Dan Jumbo and John Jumbo co-convene. When 2nd and 3rd in command are united, no faction can claim hijack.
My Chiefs, if you do this, history will call you the saviors of Jumbo Main House.
If you fold your hands, history will ask: “Where were Dan Jumbo and John Jumbo when their father’s House died?”
The people are ready. The youth are ready. The elders are tired of chaos. We only wait for you to blow the whistle.
Okponkata is watching. Jumbo Main House is bleeding.
It’s time to take back our father’s House.
