It was an emotional night for Paul Onuachu as Trabzonspor were held to a 1-1 draw by Antalyaspor in a Turkish Super Lig round 20 clash on Friday evening.
The Super Eagles star scored to bring his side level but later missed a crucial penalty that denied Trabzonspor all three points at the Corendon Airlines Park.

Despite playing a key role on the scoresheet, Paul Onuachu endured a difficult outing, finishing the game with the fewest touches.
Trabzonspor went behind just before half-time when Van de Streek fired Antalyaspor into the lead.
The visitors struggled to find rhythm but were handed a lifeline eight minutes after the restart when the referee pointed to the spot.
Onuachu stepped up with confidence and calmly converted the penalty to restore parity. The goal marked his 13th of the season in 17 league appearances.
The strike also meant the Nigerian forward has now scored in back-to-back games, following his goal in the 2-1 win over Kasimpasa in their previous outing.

The match turned dramatic in the closing stages. Antalyaspor head coach Sami Ugurlu was sent off after receiving two quick yellow cards, piling pressure on the hosts.
With nine minutes left on the clock, Trabzonspor were awarded a second penalty that offered Onuachu the chance to complete a brace and seal the win.
This time, however, the Super Eagles forward failed to convert, leaving fans heartbroken.
Anthony Nwakaeme was introduced late on, replacing Felipe Augusto, but Trabzonspor could not find a winner as both sides settled for a share of the spoils.
While the missed penalty will linger, Paul Onuachu continues to enjoy an impressive season in the Turkish Super Lig, remaining a central figure for Trabzonspor.
