Former Rivers United forward Echeta Deputy maintained his impressive scoring run after firing a decisive brace to lead Zakho to a dominant 3–0 away win over Al Kahrabaa in the Iraq Stars League on Wednesday.
The Nigerian attacker was the standout performer, scoring Zakho’s second and third goals to cap a commanding display.
Echeta Deputy Shines Again for Zakho
Zakho took control of the contest early, showing their intent from the opening minutes. Orinho broke the deadlock in the 8th minute, giving the visitors a deserved lead.
Al Kahrabaa’s situation worsened midway through the first half when Mohammed Abbas was sent off in the 26th minute, leaving the hosts with ten men.
Zakho quickly made the advantage count, with Echeta Deputy striking just before halftime to double the lead.

The former NPFL star was not done yet. In the 86th minute, Deputy completed his brace to seal a convincing victory and his third goal contribution in as many matches.
