Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) says funds and other benefits accruing from its empowerment initiatives are disbursed directly to beneficiaries without recourse to middlemen.
Community Relations Officer of PINL, Andrew Ebikeme, who said this on Thursday, March 19, 2026 in a telephone chat with Kristina Reports, also informed that all its empowerment programmes are on course to close out tentatively by second quarter of 2026, urging beneficiaries to exercise patience.

He explained that the initiatives were tripartite encompassing students’ scholarships, women empowerment and youth empowerment, informing that the scholarships were almost done with to be followed closely with empowerment for women.
He further disclosed that the various programmes cut across several states in the South-South and South-East geopolitical zones, clarifying that the aim was to empower the beneficiaries in these states to improve their standard of living, become self-reliant and pursue their aspirations.
He appealed to those who were yet to be reached to be patient as all the empowerment programmes were on course, adding that there are no third-party arrangements as the company directly empowers beneficiaries of its social impact programmes.
Earlier on Thursday, March 19, 2026 some would-be beneficiaries of the company’s women empowerment programme in Bonny had praised PINL for its corporate social responsibility (CSR), noting that its determination to improve the lives of women was commendable.
Speaking on behalf of the women from the Trans Niger Pipeline impacted communities, Miriam Pepple and Queeneth Jumbo, said that while they were grateful to PINL and the Bonny Women Forum (BWF) for contemplating such social impact programme, they wondered why there was a delay in disbursing the fund.

They, however, expressed optimism that when fully implemented, the empowerment programme would have sustainable positive impact on the lives of the beneficiaries, their families and communities.
On her part, Woman Leader of Bonny Kingdom, Helen Pepple declined response, stating that media engagement by her body is subject to superior clearance, which, according to her, was yet to be obtained at the time of filing this report.
According to Ebikeme, Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL) is a wholly Nigerian company incorporated in 2019 to render various services to operators and key players in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
“PINL is committed to providing excellent services in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Maintenance and Security Services that consistently meets local and international standards.”
“We provide innovative solutions that have proven to be cost-effective through the deployment of state-of-the-art technology and modern-day equipment to deliver our projects”, Ebikeme said.
