PMAN Throws Weight Behind Holiveah Paint-A-Thon, Hosts All-Night Praise

The Performing Musicians Employers Association of Nigeria (PMAN) has thrown its weight behind the attempt by Olivia Lawson, founder of Holiveah Artistry to host the Holiveah Paint-A-Thon in pursuit of a Guinness World Record for the longest painting marathon.

Chairman of PMAN in Bonny Local Government Area of Rivers State, Obie Pepple, popularly known as Greatness Obie, stated this on Friday, July 25, 2025 in a statement to Kristina Reports in Bonny, Rivers State.  

He announced that in support of the Paint-A-Thon, PMAN Bonny LGA Unit will host a Praise Night on Friday, July 25, 2025, urging all residents of Bonny Island to show up for Mrs. Lawson, who is a member of PMAN and also the Bonny Entertainers Forum.

The Guinness World Record hopeful just crossed the 90-hour mark in pursuit of her 168 hours target.

“It’s an all-night party by Bonny entertainers; where comedians, actors, MCs, spoken word artists, DJs, dancers, etc. will be performing live on stage from 8pm till dawn, and will be holding tonight at the Bonny Consulate Building.”

“This is in honour of our colleague and sister, Holiveah Lawson’s Guinness World Record breaking.”

The PMAN Bonny LGA Chairman charged Bonny entertainers to support their own on her way to make history by breaking a world record.

“Holiveah Lawson’s Paint-A-Thon Guinness World Record journey is an artistic painting visual art which captures the expression of ideas that are transformed into images by the use of paints, pigments, colours, etc.”

“I wish her strength to complete this great task and a successful Guinness World Record to be achieved by writing her name on the world map as a notable figure.”

“This attempt by Holiveah Lawson means alot for Bonny entertainment industry and Nigeria at large because it promotes an art which helps project the industry as a creative one, where individuals work hard to be innovative through their intellectual capability and mind.”
