Warri-based Prophet, Jeremiah Fufeyin has stirred controversy with a post where he erroneously identified the King of Bonny Kingdom as the head of Finima Community.
Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin is the founder and head prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria. He founded the church on 3 April 2010.

He made the post Saturday, December 20, 2025 on his verified Meta (formerly Facebook) handle claiming he visited the Amadabo of Finima, but instead identifies his host as His Majesty, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON.

“A moment of respect and divine alignment as Papa J arrived to pay a courtesy visit to the Amadabo of Finima, His majesty, King Edward 1 Asinmi William Dappa Pele, Perekule XI of Bonny Island.”
Kristina Reports could not confirm if he was misled by his host or he chose to confuse him in making the now controversial post, which many indigenes of Bonny Kingdom deem a disrespect to the revered Monarch.
The Amadabo of Finima is Dagogo Lambert Brown, while the Natural Ruler and Amanyanabo of Bonny Kingdom is His Majesty, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON, JP, DSSRS, Edward I, Perekule XI.
Finima is one of over 200 communities that comprise Bonny Kingdom and each community has a head who reports to the Chief and Head of the Chieftaincy House that owns such community. The Chiefs are answerable to the Amanyanabo.
Minutes later, obviously, after his fumbling post caused an uproar in the virtual space, Fufeyin quickly deleted an aspect of the post containing the error.
There are insinuations in some quarters within Finima Community that Fufeyin’s visit may not be unconnected with an alleged secessionist agenda of a renegade faction of the Brown House, which as been stridently pursuing a separate Kingdom of Finima.
A reliably source, who pleaded anonymity told Kristina Reports that “the details are not clear yet but we believe he came to pray for them to succeed with achieving their own kingdom separate from Bonny”.
