“The main message we’re bringing to you is Don’t Drink and Drive. As we celebrate this season of Christmas, remember your loved ones need u home”
“Your loved ones want you safe, use your seatbelt. It is the safest device in your vehicle, use it always; and always drive to save lives.”
The road show/rally which began from the FRSC office in Bonny along Hospital Road went through Akiama and Willbros Road and eventually terminated at the Coal Beach.
Addressing the crowd at the Coal Beach, the Head of Operation, Bonny Unit Command, Chukwuemeka Nwokolo, a Superintendent Route Commander (SRC), charged everyone to be intentional with obeying traffic signs and regulations while driving or commuting.
He cautioned motorists to always be alert at all times and avoid any form of distractions such as use of your mobile phone, discussions, and anything else that takes your eyes off the road.”
